Soup Bowl is a product of Kreation Avenue Group. This notice describes the current private app. The final retention schedule, legal contact and jurisdiction disclosures require owner review before public launch.

Your account and workspace

We store account details, workspace memberships and security events to provide sign-in and control access. Your role determines the workspace records you can use. Project information and attachments are shared with authorized members of that workspace.

Your conversations with Scoop

Text conversation history is stored encrypted and scoped to your account and workspace. When AI or voice services are enabled, requests and authorized business summaries may be processed by OpenAI or ElevenLabs. Those connections require workspace configuration. Scoop does not have unrestricted access to another company’s information.

Photos, presence and support

Custom profile photos are visible to teammates who share an authorized workspace. Presence reflects recent activity in a visible app tab; it is not a guarantee that someone is available. Support requests are stored in the selected workspace and are visible to its administrators and the person who submitted them.

Notifications and connected services

Project email delivery uses the configured email provider when the workspace enables delivery and you opt in. Calendar and business connections require separate authorization. Opening a calendar draft does not send an invitation.

Your choices

Settings lets you change your profile, notification preferences and Scoop mode. You can manage two-step verification under Sign-in & security. Use Help & support in the app for questions about your information, access, correction or removal. Requests remain subject to workspace responsibilities and applicable retention obligations.

Essential storage

Secure session cookies keep you signed in. Browser storage remembers required app state, including whether a daily briefing has been dismissed. Optional analytics are disabled in this app.
